Training Package Continuous Improvement Plans
Each Industry Skills Council produces a Continuous Improvement Plan which outlines the changes to be made to the endorsed components of Training Packages in order to meet the existing and emerging skill needs of industry. The Plan is updated annually, and posted on each ISC’s website to ensure industry, Registered Training Organisations and State and Territory Training Authorities are able to plan and respond accordingly.
Analysis undertaken for the Environmental Scan informs the Plan and is part of the broader model for Training Package development and endorsement established in 2008 (below).
